ISPR Press Release 18 Jan 2024. On January 18, 2024, Pakistan carried out effective strikes against bases inside Iran that were being used by terrorists responsible for recent attacks in Pakistan. The attacks were carried out using killing drones, rockets, mines and stand-off weapons. Maximum care was taken to avoid collateral damage. The hideouts used by the terrorist organizations Balochistan Liberation Army and Balochistan Liberation Front were successfully targeted in an intelligence-based operation, codenamed 'Marg Bar Sarmchar'.
