SR. NO. 56.    (CASE NO. 13 - RF / 2015) RECRUITMENT TO ONE HUNDRED & EIGHTEEN (118) (INCLUDING 02-POSTS RESERVED FOR DISABLED, 6-POSTS RESERVED FOR MINORITIES AND 18-POSTS RESERVED FOR WOMEN) PERMANENT POSTS OF ASSISTANT (BS-14) IN THE PUNJAB S&GAD.

QUALIFICATION:    Graduation (Second Division) from a recognized University.

SYLLABUS OF WRITTEN TEST:  One paper (Subjective type) comprising English Essay, Précis and Translation of English into Urdu and Urdu into English will be conducted to shortlist the candidates.

SR. NO. 57.    (CASE NO. 15 - RF / 2015) RECRUITMENT TO TWO HUNDRED & FORTY (240) (INCLUDING 11-POSTS RESERVED FOR DISABLED,  12-POSTS RESERVED FOR MINORITIES AND 79-POSTS RESERVED FOR WOMEN) PERMANENT POSTS OF STENOGRAPHERS (BS-14) IN THE PUNJAB S&GAD.

QUALIFICATION:
i)          Intermediate or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board and;
ii)          A Speed of 70/w.p.m in Shorthand in English and 35/w.p.m in typing speed on typewriter or on computer.
iii)         Computer literate in M.S Office.
Note:    Preference shall be given to those candidates who know Urdu shorthand at a speed of 60/w.p.m and typewriting at a speed of 25/w.p.m.
